Who doesn’t love a good prawn pizza? Catalano’s has created the perfect recipe to make on a pizza night with friends or if you’re just craving this ultimate comfort food.
Serves 2
Cooking tip: Put your pizza into the top part of the oven.
Ingredients
1 thin pizza base
1/2 tub crème fraiche
300gm prawn meat
1/4 red onion, finely sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup rocket leaves
1 pack mixed cheese (with mozzarella, parmesan and cheddar)
Italian parsley, chopped |
Methods
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Roll out your pizza base or place your base onto a lightly floured baking tray
- Using a fork make some air holes into the base then spread the crème fraiche evenly across the base
- Scatter across the onion, rocket, garlic and then the prawns. Cover the toppings with a good amount of the cheese mix then place into the top part of the oven
- Cook for 15 minutes or until the base is crispy and the cheese is melted and slightly coloured
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parsley and some cracked black pepper
